I hired dr pipe to install two backwater valves and a sump pit and sump pump following the July 2026 flooding. All the work was completed smoothly and on schedule. They took care of the permit, scheduled the city inspection, and prepared the application package for the city's protective plumbing rebate. Great service.

I hired Dr. Pipe to install a sump pump and backwater valve after a flood, replace the main stack and 65 year old, cast iron pipes under the basement floor and re-line the damaged sewer line. The work was done extremely well and on time. I would not hesitate to recommend this company.

These guys are great.. I had a list of issues and annoyances, from water pressure to replacements/additions and they sorted it all out very quickly and with top quality.
I never at any point got the impression they were taking advantage and now have them on speed dial for anything else I may need done.
