Max and his team at DrPipe Ottawa did a great job in our basement, adding sump pumps and a backwater valve. We found Max to be thorough in his analysis and honest in the solutions he proposed -we felt we could trust him entirely. The work was done very efficiently and the basement was left clean. They also made the process of submitting a permit and obtaining a rebate extremely easy. Definitely will trust this company with my next plumbing job.

Maxim and his team were very helpful in installing a sump pump in my basement. Maxim was very patient, responsive, and took the time to answer all of my questions thoroughly and professionally.

Max and his team were excellent to work with to replace my main water line. Max communicated promptly to get me a quote and then schedule my service while handling everything on the permit for the City that passed with no issues. The team that performed the job was very easy to work with as well! I would not hesitate to use them again in the future!

I hired dr pipe to install two backwater valves and a sump pit and sump pump following the July 2026 flooding. All the work was completed smoothly and on schedule. They took care of the permit, scheduled the city inspection, and prepared the application package for the city's protective plumbing rebate. Great service.

Great service from Dr. Pipe! The team was professional, responsive, and took the time to answer all of our questions. They also helped us coordinate the City permit/inspection process. The work was completed carefully and the workspace was left very clean. Highly recommend!

I hired Dr. Pipe to install a sump pump and backwater valve after a flood, replace the main stack and 65 year old, cast iron pipes under the basement floor and re-line the damaged sewer line. The work was done extremely well and on time. I would not hesitate to recommend this company.

Dr. Pipe provided excellent service. The quotation was provided quickly. They promptly responded to all email and phone calls. The work was done on time, for the quoted price. Excellent service all around.

Exceptional Service from Start to Finish! I had an amazing experience with Maxim for my backwater valve installation. As an 85-year-old, navigating city paperwork can be overwhelming. Maxim went completely above and beyond, providing extraordinary help with navigating the city permit process and securing my RPPP grant. He saved me a massive amount of time, stress, and money. Andrew and Ron were absolutely amazing to work with — incredibly kind, helpful, and efficient. Everyone involved was highly professional and business-like from start to finish. I cannot thank them enough for their outstanding support and highly recommend them to anyone! If you want the job done right by true professionals, look no further!

Max, Ron and the team did an excellent job. They were very responsive and maintained great communication throughout the process. Max guided me through all the necessary paperwork for permits and rebates as well as answered all questions I had about the project. Not to mention, the work completed was high quality and clean.

These guys are great.. I had a list of issues and annoyances, from water pressure to replacements/additions and they sorted it all out very quickly and with top quality. I never at any point got the impression they were taking advantage and now have them on speed dial for anything else I may need done. Highly recommended.. A+++
